Our educators are passionate about helping children build confidence, develop strong skills, and grow a love of learning.
FOUNDER
Born and raised in Vancouver, Liann grew up in a family deeply connected to education. Inspired by a childhood surrounded by books and learning, she founded LWL Education to create structured, engaging environments where children can build confidence, curiosity, and strong learning habits.
Liann graduated from McGill University with a major in Anatomy and Cell Biology and a minor in East Asian Studies. She previously worked at University of British Columbia supporting language programs and international summer camps, where she developed experience in student engagement, program coordination, and educational operations.
Her educational philosophy focuses on balancing warmth with high standards, helping students become confident, conscientious, and independent learners.
