Each Class Combines:
Poetry or historical inspiration
Every project begins with a story. We immerse students in literature, poetry, or art history, from prehistoric caves to modern masters, to spark imagination and connect their work to the wider world.
Guided art techniques and studio practice
Students build technical mastery through hands-on instruction. We explore a diverse range of seasonal mediums, including watercolor, acrylic, charcoal, and ink, to develop fine motor skills and artistic agility.
Discussion, reflection, and presentation
Art is a form of communication. We dedicate time for students to discuss their creative choices and present their work, building the confidence to articulate ideas and provide thoughtful peer feedback.
Portfolio-building projects
We focus on creating a curated body of work. Every project is designed to be a portfolio-quality piece that reflects the student's personal growth, technical progress, and unique artistic voice.
